Open monah and sign in to your Notion workspace. Pick the workspace, allow access, and you're back in monah.

Point monah at your tasks
monah works with any task database. It needs three things: a title for each task, a status field that monah can read your "in progress" and "done" values from, and a number field where it writes minutes spent. On the setup screen monah suggests the fields it found — confirm them or pick others if your database uses different names.
Time stays in Notion
Every focus session adds minutes to a field on the task you worked on. Use that field in any Notion view — sort, filter, chart. If you'd rather see it as hours and minutes, monah can add a formula column to your database that reads it that way.
