These terms govern your use of the monah desktop application and the website at monahapp.com (together, "the Service"), provided by Denis Gomes, an individual operating as "monah" from Florida, USA ("monah", "we", "us").
By installing or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't install the app.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use monah on your own devices, subject to these terms and the activation limit of your purchased plan (currently up to 2 active devices per license).
You can move your license between devices by deactivating it on the old device first (Settings → Application → Deactivate). If you've lost access to a device and can't deactivate, email support@monahapp.com and we'll help.

You agree not to:
- share, resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your license key;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the app, except where applicable law allows;
- use the Service to violate the law, infringe rights, or interfere with other users;
- circumvent the activation limit or any technical protection measures.

monah Pro is a one-time purchase. Pricing is shown on the /pro page at the time of checkout and may change for future buyers; existing licenses keep the price they were purchased at.
We handle refunds case-by-case. If the app didn't work for you, write to support@monahapp.com with the email used at checkout and we'll work it out.

We may update the app, add or remove features, and adjust the way the Service works. We'll try to keep changes considerate of existing users; we won't charge an additional fee for features included in your current license tier.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
monah relies on third-party services (Notion, Stripe, Resend, CloudMailin, Cloudflare). We can't guarantee their availability or behavior, and we're not responsible for outages or changes on their side.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, monah's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose, or USD 100 if you haven't paid us anything.
In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we've been advised of the possibility.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Denis Gomes (the operator of monah) and any future successors or assigns from claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of these terms or your misuse of the Service.

You can stop using the Service at any time. We can terminate or suspend your access if you breach these terms. On termination, your license is revoked; sections that by their nature should survive (Restrictions, Disclaimer, Limitation of liability, Indemnification, Governing law) will continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.
Nothing in this section limits your right to bring a claim in a small-claims court for matters within its jurisdiction.

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and refresh the effective date at the top. For material changes, we'll surface a notice in the app or via email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
